Concierge Security Officer

Pay Rate: $18/Hr. Weekly Pay!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required

Hiring Immediately

• Must have a valid FL issued Security D-License 
• Must have reliable transportation
• Law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems.

  • CCTV Genetec software
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Answer phone calls, direct interface with visitors.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Execute security services as outlined in site-specific post orders and directed by Security Management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Providing directions to customers.
• Conduct assigned security patrols.
• Greet customers and provide assistance.
• Monitor for any unauthorized individuals on the property.
• Radio Communicate with management.
• Stand in a professional position (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)
• Act as a customer-friendly deterrent to crime.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and personson property.
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily incident reports (DIRs).
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
